Kilpatrick's experimental relief print from hand-carved soles, entitled “Two Wolves” was accepted into the American Illustration Winners annual book, edition 38.
Noriyuki Misawa designed and created a shoe inspired by a violin, and Donald Kilpatrick carved the soles in keeping with the musical theme.
